Serapid RigiBelt Linear Telescopic Actuator
Serapid RigiBelt Linear Telescopic Actuators are the leader in mechanical lifts and telescopic actuators based on its Rigid Chain Technology, introduces a non magnetic actuator. The RigiBelt has two belts which come together like a zipper to form a rigid column.
The belts of the RigiBelt are made of reinforced plastic and therefore are entirely non magnetic. It moves smoothly while telescoping in and out of its drive.
All of Serapid’s linear telescopic actuators are entirely mechanical, which make them environmentally friendly and suitable for clean-room conditions. Each system has suitable configuration and can be customized as needed.
The RigiBelt has non corrosive properties, and is compact and adaptable. It is able to fit into any product or machine.

Serapid Horizontal Chains
Serapid Horizontal Chains push systems provide a mechanical way to move horizontal heavy loads. Just like the vertical lift systems, this is based on the locking and unlocking of flexibly connected, linked elements. When pushing a load, the specially shaped chain links interlock with each other, forming a rigid bar or column. When lowered, the links unlock, allowing it to remain flexible. The chain bends or coils into a compact package.

Serapid Linear Beam is a rodless linear actuator with a thrust capacity of up to 160kN (35,000lbs) and a stroke of virtually any length. It runs fast and smooth, using the robust and reliable Rigid Chain. Serapid Vertical Chains
Serapid Vertical Chains are designed to elevate heavy loads using a purely mechanical principle. As with our horizontal motion system, this principle is about the locking and unlocking of flexible connected, chained elements.
When locked, these elements will work like a bar or column, when unlocked they will bend and even coil into a space-saving package.
