The new Kollmorgen AKD2G Servo Drive introduces the Kollmorgen Servo on a Chip™ being a powerful computer engine that can control two axes simultaneously and up to 28 I/O. While we were at it, we streamlined the design by optimizing the AKD2G for single-cable AKMD2G motors with powers up to 8 kW total.

These drives include EtherCat control with Safety over EtherCat, STO, SIL3 safety and Safe I/O.

Available in both single and dual axis versions for connection to 240 Vac single phase or 415 Vac three phase mains.

These drives can also be used to operate low voltage brushless DC motors with all the advanced features provided by this drive family.
