JACTON LAP/LA Electric Linear Cylinders

JACTON LAP Electric Linear Cylinder series incorporate a parallel motor design

JACTON LA Electric Linear Cylinder series are an in-line motor/cylinder design

These cylinders incorporate switch devices to indicate that the cylinder has stopped due to overload or jamming mid stroke, either while extending or retracting. They are separate switches to end of travel limit switches which are optional.

A further significant feature is that they use IEC motor mounts which enables the use of any AC motor. This allows the use of Australian Standard motors including explosionproof and mine motors as well as servo motors which can be readily adapted if required.

JACTON JTE Screw Jack Electric Cylinders

JACTON JTE Screw Jack Electric Cylinders series are a conventional screw jack built with an integral cylinder and thrust tube to fully enclose the screw with a guided piston cylinder.

They provide an alternate choice to hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders that are clean and reliable without oil or air leaks to provide a solution that is speed & position controlled and self-locking.

Haydon Kerk Dual Motion Actuators

Haydon Kerk Dual Motion Actuators are based on a unique, patented designs and incorporate proven motor technology. Units simplify product development by replacing what would otherwise be far more bulky and complex mechanisms.

Another feature of this design is to provide an electric motor in which linear and rotary motions are controllable independently of one another.

For a rotary/linear motor, it is desirable that the linear and rotary motions be controllable independently of one another. These devices can be run using a standard two axis stepper motor driver. Performance can be enhanced using chopper and/or microstepping drives.
